Why we use it

- To keep the service secure and to meet company, tax, and accounting duties. Lawful basis: legal obligation and legitimate interests.

Who we share it with
We use processors who act on our instructions:
- Vercel, for hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
- Supabase, for accounts and stored records.
- Stripe, for payments when you subscribe.
- Resend, for email, including the contact form.
Some of these providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on the UK transfer mechanisms they offer, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision, as applicable.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months, or longer if they become part of a customer record. Customer records and invoices are kept for as long as the contract runs and then for up to seven years where tax law requires it. You can ask us to delete enquiry data earlier.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. Write to contact@reqoorevenue.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
